These Designs got minimal to no shading. Complicated characters get simplified elements for readability, and exaggerated features, more chibi like.
Animated Emoji's exists out of 2 different frames.

TERM CLARIFICATIONS

Headshot or Bust
A bust commission is from the shoulder up with optional hands for posing.
This is a good choice for profile pictures, tokens or want an large focus on expressions.Half body or Waist up
Half body is where half the body is shown, stereotypically the top half.
In cases where only parts of the full body are shown of the subject, (e.g. the subject is obstructed by a large object, this will be considered a half body.)
This is a good choice if you want to show off a bit more of the clothing of the subject, more free range of arm and hand posing or interaction with the environmentFull Body
It's the full visible body of the subject!
This is a great choice if you want to show off the outfit or action of the character.Monochrome
Monochrome coloring is when only one color is used to color the full piece similar to 'greyscale' where different values of grey are used. with no shadingBase Colors

Fully rendered pieces have more debt, this is my personal rendering style where I blend most layer together in a more painterly style with additional bounce lights, textures, details and colors to add more dimension to the character.

Backgrounds:
Complexity of the background will change depending on Tier and will match the quality/price.

I will apply a fee for every 'complex' item you wish to include, this will only apply if I deem the desired design to be significantly more complex and detailed then the standard variant.
Complex items include but are not limited to: armors, weapons, props, vehicles, mounts, pets/familiars and backgrounds.
(I will give notice if such is the case, you always hold the right to opt out and make the request less complex.)

Terms OF Service

Please read the following terms carefully before reaching out for commission, or other work.
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions presented below.

Will Draw

  • Original Characters (incl. Fandom OC's / Sona's)

  • Fantasy characters/creatures (i.e elves, orcs, angels, satyr etc.)

  • Complex armor

  • Fan art of Fandom’s I’m familiar with (ask.)

  • Ship art: OCxOC, OCxCanon, CanonxCanon. (ask.)

  • Angst, mild gore/blood.

  • Suggestive / non sexual nudity (you must be 18+ !)

Won't Draw

  • Non humanoid / Mecha / Anthro / Furry / Monsters (I'm not confident enough in my ability yet to provide the same quality)

  • Complex vehicles (e.g. cars. space crafts etc.)

  • Real people. (With an exception for face claims)

  • Fetish, pro shipping, offensive/hateful content.

  • Pedophilia, zoophilia, incest or anything illegal.

  • Explicit NSFW

General

  • Commission work is for personal use only, unless otherwise discussed prior, a commercial fee will apply.

  • I may use the commission for promotional use for me and my business, If the client wishes to keep the commission private a 10% fee may apply, this will need to be clarified before the payment process. (This does not apply for a requested delay in posting i.e. a (birthday/anniversary) gift/surprise etc.)

  • I will not trace/redraw other people's art, so please don't ask me to, you may only provide it purely as reference inspiration.

  • Please provide me with as much reference material as possible (i.e. images, pose/expression refs, mood board, colour pallets, written descriptions) be aware I do not accept AI generated materials.

  • You cannot not change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission. Unless for icon, header etc. with proper credit.

  • You may not use my work for any form of AI scraping/training or NFT's. Breaking this term will result in a blacklist, and I shall notify other artists which may result in more blacklists.

  • I hold the right to decline any commission request or client under any reason, and don't owe a reason why, I will however give notice.

  • I can cancel the commission under any circumstance, I will give notice and provide an either full or partial refund depending on the work delivered.

  • Be aware I am only a part time freelancer, responses may take time and I have limited time in the week to work on commissions, the turnaround time of the piece may vary and be affected by the complexity of the piece. (turnaround time may vary from a week to up 2 months, I will provide regular updates)

  • The Client receives multiple chances for revisions during update reports and is allowed to request major and minor changes, major revisions at the final stages of the commission or extreme amounts of requests may result in a fee. (e.g. drastic pose change once coloring has already begun.) I shall notify/warn the client if such is the case, to avoid it please be sure to request major changes at the start or at the relevant stages of the commission.

  • Reach out to me preferably on Discord, Tiktok, Instagram or Email. (I like to keep the conversation in one place to avoid confusion.) If I however do not respond within a few days, feel free to reach out to me on any other platform to send me a reminder, but do not spam me :-)

Payment

  • All payments will be primarily done through Paypal / Kofi and upfront in full. (IDEAL is available for Dutch costumers.)

  • All prices are in EURO (excl. VAT), the client is in charge of any conversions that are to be made.

  • Transactions will either be in full after sketch approval, I will initiate the transaction, I won’t start the commission until I receive the payment. . (Can't afford a full upfront payment? Lets discuss about paying in instalments)

  • You can back out of a commission at any point before payment without issue, please do communicate with me if this is the case.

  • I do not issue refunds during the commission process without proper reason. Please communicate with me if there are any issues.

  • I do not issue refunds for completed commissions.

  • If you wish to give a tip or donation please do not include it in the commission payment but pay it separately through Kofi. (You might otherwise pay unnecessary VAT, and I will not be able to register it as a tip.)
